Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Follow and promote safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Enter warehouse and inventory data accurately into company systems.
• Operate handheld scanners and support efficient material tracking.
• Manage and maintain documentation for receiving and shipping processes.
• Report receipt and shipment discrepancies to the Import and Export team.
• Coordinate consumable material inventories and support document archiving.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve warehouse efficiency and workflow.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry and document management.
• Ability to work with handheld scanners and warehouse technology tools.
• Familiarity with inventory counting processes and SAP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
