Warehouse Supervisor – 3PL Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the coordination between an external 3PL warehouse and Molex's internal plant warehouse in Guadalajara. You will ensure material flow, inventory accuracy, and strong 3PL performance to support critical plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations between the external 3PL and internal warehouse, guaranteeing material availability.
• Maintain continuous communication with the 3PL provider to meet KPIs and service level agreements.
• Validate warehouse control processes and conduct periodic audits for inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audit processes.
• Utilize SAP (WM preferred, IM/MM acceptable) and WMS systems for operational management.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Planning, and Procurement to ensure timely execution of requirements.
• Drive problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Track KPI data, analyze performance, and hold the 3PL accountable for results.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with SAP (WM or IM/MM) or similar ERP systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Intermediate English proficiency for communication with U.S. teams.
