Wholesale Retail Operations & Sell Out Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Wholesale Retail Operations & Sell Out Manager to drive commercial performance across its wholesale channel in Mexico. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable retail plans, ensure flawless store execution, and elevate the consumer experience through a large field organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own nationwide sell‑out performance and retail productivity for the wholesale channel.
• Convert annual and monthly commercial targets into clear field execution plans.
• Identify growth opportunities using consumer insights, competitive analysis, and retail trends.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for under‑performing stores, regions, or customers.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance‑management processes to drive accountability.
• Build future leaders and succession plans across the field organization.
• Present performance results, opportunities, and action plans to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, and Marketing to remove barriers and accelerate execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in retail, wholesale, commercial operations or sales management.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience managing large, multi‑level field teams.
• Proven track record of driving sell‑out growth and retail productivity improvements.
• Experience in department‑store, wholesale or omnichannel environments, preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
