Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

Crunchyroll is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead and coordinate administrative duties, office procedures, and facility services for its Mexico City office and global locations. The role focuses on creating a safe, productive, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safety training programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships for catering, snack services, janitorial, security, and property management.
• Oversee office budgets related to drinks, catering, events, holiday parties, swag, and other amenities.
• Maintain and improve office facilities, including furniture, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and general workspace.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to share best practices and address emerging safety and facilities issues.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on and roll up sleeves when needed.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
