Young Professional Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional Recruiter and kick‑start your talent‑acquisition career. You will support end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of tech roles while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Review applications and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment or people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
