Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

This remote trainee recruiter position offers a solid introduction to talent acquisition. You will work alongside experienced recruiters, learning the full hiring cycle while supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Review incoming applications and assist senior recruiters with initial resume screening.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
