A320 Captain – International Aviation Operator

About the role

We are seeking experienced A320 Captains to join a leading narrow‑body ACMI and charter operator in Mexico. The successful candidate will command A320 family aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient operations while adhering to all regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate A320 or A320F aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command on scheduled and charter flights.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and compliance with ICAO and local aviation regulations.
• Lead and coordinate the flight crew, managing pre‑flight planning, in‑flight decisions, and post‑flight debriefs.
• Monitor aircraft performance, fuel consumption, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with ground operations, maintenance, and dispatch to ensure smooth flight execution.

Required profile

• A320 Type Rating (A320F preferred).
• Valid Mexican passport and Class 1 Medical certificate.
• ICAO ATPL License with minimum English ICAO Level 4 proficiency.
• At least 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,500 PIC hours on multi‑crew aircraft.
• Minimum 250 command hours on the A320 family.
