Account Management Specialist – Remote (Mexico or Central Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Management Specialist to join our remote team. You will help new partners get started, manage a portfolio of small‑to‑mid‑size accounts and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new partners, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
• Manage a portfolio of small‑to‑mid‑sized accounts with guidance from senior team members.
• Respond to partner inquiries, identify improvement opportunities and flag risks or expansion possibilities.
• Monitor account health metrics and contribute to revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting.
• Help improve internal processes as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS account management, customer success or related client‑facing roles.
• Customer‑oriented communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Goal‑driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to learn, take feedback and grow into a senior position.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
