Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

OpenTable is looking for an Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for restaurant partners in Guadalajara and surrounding regions. You will help restaurants optimise their reservation flow, adopt marketing tools and grow their business while representing OpenTable’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with restaurant partners, providing consultative advice on operations and marketing.
• Identify partner needs and promote participation in OpenTable marketing programs to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to resolve issues, launch campaigns and relay product feedback.
• Lead retention initiatives, manage contract renewals and ensure high customer satisfaction across the territory.
• Configure reservation links, complete technical installation documentation and log activities in Salesforce.
• Deliver industry insights and conduct regular business reviews with key restaurant stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management, customer success or operational leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Proven record in consultative sales, account retention and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for regular travel within Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and nearby areas.
• Possession of a valid U.S. visa for occasional business travel to the United States.
