Account Manager – Retail Packaging (Querétaro, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to grow our retail packaging customer base in Querétaro, Mexico. Reporting to the VP West Coast & Major Accounts, you will be the primary liaison for strategic accounts, driving revenue and strengthening partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for strategic accounts, building trusted, value‑driven relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and present product and solution recommendations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, performance recaps and strategic planning sessions with sales leads.
• Collaborate with sales leads on forecasting, revenue tracking and account performance reporting.
• Work closely with product development, sourcing, production and global teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
• Translate customer requirements into internal specifications, timelines and cost expectations.
• Maintain detailed records, meeting notes and action trackers to ensure follow‑up discipline.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and proactively address challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management or client services experience in packaging, trims, apparel supply chain or related industries.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up and tracking discipline.
• Proven project‑management ability to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
• Self‑starter attitude with a “no job is too small” mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and visit factories as needed.
