Account Sales Manager (Mexico & LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Sales Manager to develop brand‑new accounts and expand existing relationships across Mexico and the wider Latin America region. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding experience while aligning with our headquarters in China.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts in sectors such as banking, government, carriers, retail and manufacturing.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts through strategic account planning and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with China‑based teams to ensure product and solution alignment.
• Engage decision‑makers at client sites and lead large, sophisticated sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customers' business needs and budget cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of enterprise sales experience (e.g., banks, government, carriers, retail, manufacturing).
• Proven track record in account hunting, customer management and relationship building.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and travel throughout Latin America.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of data‑center solutions.
• Familiarity with x86 server products.
