Accountant – Accounts Receivable

About the role

Join the LEGO Group as an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Monterrey, supporting global finance operations and delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused AR services. You will work in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with internal partners and external customers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment follow‑up, and order release.
• Manage advanced AR activities such as credit assessments, collections, and customer account management.
• Perform detailed credit risk analyses using financial statements and annual reports to support credit decisions.
• Maintain compliance with global accounting policies, internal controls, and standardized procedures.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise AR efficiency and support global standardisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center environment with a focus on process excellence is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and partner‑management abilities across functions and geographies.
• Advanced English and professional Spanish language skills.
