Accountant Analyst

About the role

TDW is looking for an Accountant Analyst to join its finance team. You will be responsible for corporate accounting activities, supporting the Finance Manager, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate expense reports in Concur, ensuring proper documentation, account coding, VAT application, weekly posting and follow‑up.
• Support Accounts Payable by reviewing invoices and purchase orders for accurate accounting records.
• Maintain and update Fixed Assets records.
• Administer insurance calculations, monitor amortisations and ensure tax‑compliant accounting.
• Assist the Finance Manager with administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
• Prepare account reconciliations, complete the monthly corporate accounting checklist and perform related analyses.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to team dynamics, continuous improvement and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3‑5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively across all employee levels.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur expense reporting.
• Experience using accounting software packages.
• Advanced spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
• Knowledge of fixed‑asset management and VAT processes.
