Accounting Specialist – Client‑Focused Account Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Accounting Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure accurate financial operations. The role is remote, serving the LATAM region, and offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for concerns and escalations.
• Oversee sales processes including contract renewals, invoicing, and billing accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal operations to supervise staff assigned to accounts and facilitate communication across departments.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies for expansion and retention.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and financial updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing or financial oversight.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
