Accounts Receivable Analyst – Mexico

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support growth objectives in the Mexico market. The role focuses on reducing aged debt, improving cash flow, and ensuring timely collections for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full AR process for defined accounts, targeting DSO reduction and collection efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
• Identify drivers of past‑due invoices and work with managers to prevent recurrence.
• Perform cash‑forecast analysis and monitor invoice due dates.
• Support credit analysts, third‑party collections, and legal actions related to bad debt.
• Assist cash applications by researching missing or unclear remittance advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AP, Finance, Sales) to improve accuracy and reduce aged debt.
• Provide audit support for LS&Co and customer accounting requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or e‑commerce Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical ability to manipulate data and draw actionable conclusions.

• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced
