Administration & Services Manager

About the role

The Administration & Services Manager leads the strategy, governance and execution of workplace and facility services that keep Coca‑Cola manufacturing sites running safely and efficiently. This senior position oversees security, facilities, cleaning, cafeteria, sustainability and contractor management across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of all workplace and facility services.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct supplier selection, negotiate contracts and manage outsourced service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure delivery of plant support services including office administration, meeting rooms, parking, utilities coordination and common‑area management.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, food‑safety, environmental, occupational health and safety, and internal control standards.
• Manage the operating budget, control expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Act as primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory agencies and industry forums.
• Drive sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives through preventive maintenance and resource‑optimization programs.
