Administrative Intern

About the role

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing partner, is hiring an Administrative Intern in Guadalajara. The intern supports day-to-day activities within their assigned function while gaining practical experience in a professional workplace, learning standard operating procedures, safety practices and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily activities and assigned tasks under supervision.
• Assist with documentation, coordination, data handling and routine activities as required.
• Learn standard processes, safety practices and quality requirements.
• Contribute to project-related work and continuous improvement initiatives while following established policies and timelines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Prior academic, project or internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
