About the role

We are looking for an Aeronautical Instructor to deliver both theoretical and practical training to our administrative and technical staff. The role ensures that training complies with civil aviation authority regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and our internal quality system, while also managing the documentation generated for training purposes.

Key responsibilities

Provide theoretical and practical training to administrative and technical personnel.
Support internal and external audits related to training activities.
Follow‑up and develop on‑the‑job training programs.
Design and develop courses and study programmes.
Monitor special process certifications and federal licences.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Intermediate level of English.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of technical information and standard tools.
Familiarity with the aeronautical sector.
