Agency & Partnership Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Mexico)

About the role

Join TikTok’s Shop Partnership team to shape the future of social e‑commerce in Mexico. You will be responsible for onboarding, incubating, and supporting agency partners that help brands succeed on TikTok’s shopping platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with e‑commerce and digital marketing agencies across creative, social, production, logistics, and influencer marketing functions.
• Act as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate for assigned agencies, managing the full client relationship lifecycle.
• Guide partners through onboarding and incubation, providing strategic briefs, training, and consultation.
• Drive TSP performance and growth by educating partners on live‑stream strategy, traffic analysis, and best‑practice diagnostics.
• Design and launch incentive programs to boost agency engagement.
• Focus on acquiring and developing new agencies within the e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Utilise data analysis to identify pain points, formulate business requirements, and prioritize solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in partnership development or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social e‑commerce and digital marketing landscapes.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
