AI Developer / Automation Engineer – Cloud Operations

About the role

We are seeking an AI Developer / Automation Engineer to design and implement agentic AI systems that automate operational workflows in cloud environments. The role combines advanced AI research with practical software engineering to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across complex cloud operations.
• Integrate agents with APIs, monitoring tools, knowledge bases, and enterprise platforms.
• Build context‑retrieval mechanisms using RAG, vector databases, and documentation sources.
• Implement autonomous or semi‑autonomous workflows that assist humans in analysis and task execution.
• Develop and maintain backend services and interfaces for agent interaction with cloud platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, and ensure the reliability of agent‑based solutions in cloud‑native environments.
• Collaborate with domain experts and platform teams to translate processes into AI‑driven workflows.
• Continuously evaluate and improve agent performance, including prompt refinement and tool integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of professional experience with Python development.
• Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Proven ability to build REST APIs and backend services.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based applications, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Understanding of security, safety, and privacy considerations in AI agents.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
