AI Full Stack Developer – 100% Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Engineer to modernize and scale a business‑critical product catalog platform. The role is fully remote within Mexico and combines backend, frontend, API, and database responsibilities while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end catalog features.
• Develop APIs, business logic, data models, and React‑based UI components.
• Participate in platform modernization and migration initiatives.
• Use AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for coding, testing, and documentation.
• Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong ownership mindset and delivery accountability.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI‑assisted development tools in production code.
• Experience with platform migrations and incremental migration patterns.
• Background in e‑commerce or high‑traffic consumer applications.
• Proven ability to work in distributed teams across the US, China, and Latin America.

Required skills

• C#/.NET, Go, Python, or Java.
• React or a modern frontend framework.
• REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD and automated testing.
• AI‑assisted development tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS.
