AI Native Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an AI Native Executive Assistant to own and evolve the internal operating system of a fast‑moving AI health technology company. This remote, high‑ownership position supports the founder across two business verticals, building tools, automations, and integrations that eliminate repetitive work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized company operating system in Notion.
• Implement and integrate the AI‑native toolstack (Grain, Attio, Linear, etc.) and manage permissions, workflows, and cross‑platform connections.
• Audit recurring processes and create no‑code/low‑code automations using Claude, Cursor, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Provide chief‑of‑staff support: track founder follow‑ups, manage action items, arrange travel, and coordinate scheduling.
• Stay current on emerging AI and automation tools and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Operationally sharp with a strong comfort level building with AI and automation tools.
• Proactive mindset that identifies manual bottlenecks and replaces them with scalable systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
