AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Contract)

About the role
We are expanding our AI Assistant platform to serve finance professionals. As an AI Trainer, you will use your finance background to evaluate and improve the chatbot’s answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI Assistant responses for accuracy, logic, and relevance.
- Design and present complex, real‑world finance scenarios to test model reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model refinements.
- Measure progress of AI chatbots and report performance metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented finance professional with MBA+ or equivalent real‑world experience.
- Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a related field is preferred but not required.
