AI Trainer Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position focuses on training next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. You will work remotely, evaluating and improving model outputs across a variety of domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across diverse subjects.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex topics such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Strong analytical and critical‑reading abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
