Air Pricing Specialist

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Pricing Specialist to develop and manage competitive air freight quotations that meet customer requirements while supporting company profitability. You will work closely with sales, operations and international offices to deliver cost‑effective pricing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, competitive air freight quotations based on thorough customer analysis.
• Analyze and benchmark air freight rates, surcharges and transit times to create strategic pricing proposals.
• Negotiate favorable rates with airlines, carriers, customs brokers and other logistics partners.
• Maintain and update pricing tools, rate databases and vendor information.
• Monitor market trends, carrier pricing and industry developments to keep offerings competitive.
• Perform advanced Excel‑based pricing analyses, rate comparisons and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations teams and overseas offices to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in air freight pricing, air export/import or similar logistics roles.
• In‑depth knowledge of the air freight industry, airlines and logistics service providers.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience with carriers and logistics partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for pricing analysis and reporting.
