Air Specialist II

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Specialist II to support its air freight operations in the south of Mexico City. The role focuses on managing air logistics processes, ensuring compliance, and providing advanced technical support to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients using advanced technical knowledge.
• Review, complete and process various air documentation and maintain operational databases.
• Assist in research, develop recommendations and resolve air‑product related issues.
• Support the review and implementation of air policies, practices and programs.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards and regulations, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade or a related field.
• Experience in air logistics, import/export, traffic, customs, pricing and supplier negotiation.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
