Airport Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Airport Representatives to be the friendly face of TUI at Cancun Airport. You will welcome guests, guide them through arrivals, departures and transfers, and create memorable moments from the first hello to the final goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist TUI guests throughout the airport journey.
• Provide accurate information and answer questions about flights, transfers and resort details.
• Handle changes, challenges and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Deliver farewell speeches on buses and monitor guest feedback.
• Collaborate with airport and TUI teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic and able to connect with people from diverse cultures.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work rotating day shifts and occasional night shifts.
• Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic use of a company iPad and related digital tools.
