Analista de Administración de Proyectos

About the role

The Project Administration Analyst supports the monitoring and financial control of projects requested by internal departments. The role ensures that project objectives are achieved within budget, that all administrative procedures are followed, and that projects are closed properly.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up the anchoring process and send bidding requests to Procurement.
• Monitor bidding processes, conduct site visits, and review quotes with execution teams.
• Create and validate asset tables, load them into CMIC, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage contract processes, PO releases, down‑payment bonds, and invoice reporting.
• Generate 3‑year and annual forecasts, weekly and monthly financial reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare and present regular status and KPI reports to management.
• Handle supplier registration, equipment purchase tracking, and SAP financial reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience (entry‑level).
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and client‑orientation skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Power BI for dashboard creation.
• SAP for financial tracking.
• Experience with CMIC or similar project administration systems.
