About the role

The Financial Analyst (LATAC) supports the Latin America and Caribbean region by delivering financial planning, reporting and analysis for both commercial and operational activities. Reporting to the Finance Senior Manager, the role ensures accurate month‑end close, compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and provides insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities, including accruals, forecasts and reporting in SAP and OneStream, adhering to company policy, GAAP and SOX.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, margin, COGS, marketing and SG&A ROI to support Net Sales, EBIT and cash‑flow targets.
• Deliver timely financial information and performance analysis to commercial and operations teams, highlighting material variances.
• Collaborate with global accounting, international finance, and US commercial finance partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Financial statement literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Intermediate knowledge of finance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with OneStream.
