Gestionar, resolver y dar seguimiento integral a las quejas, reclamaciones e inconformidades presentadas por los clientes o usuarios, asegurando una dictaminación justa, eficiente y apegada al marco normativo vigente (como la CONDUSEF o regulaciones aplicables), con el fin de proteger los derechos del usuario, mitigar riesgos financieros y operativos para la institución, y elevar los estándares de calidad en el servicio.
