Analyst, Account Management

About the role

The Analyst, Account Management will support the growth, retention, and success of Arcus' client portfolio by providing analytical, operational, and relationship management support. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, the role helps drive client satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of strategic client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with business, product, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze client performance, transaction trends, and key business metrics.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and client‑facing presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to address client needs.
• Support onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account information and activity within Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Client Services, Fintech, SaaS, Payments, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer relationships and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in financial services, payments, and technology.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
