About the role

As an Analyst I in Merchant Configuration at Checkout.com, you will be responsible for setting up, updating, and terminating merchant accounts while ensuring all processes are followed accurately. You will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, update, and terminate merchant accounts efficiently, following defined processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s configuration products.
• Navigate queries through appropriate support channels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize satisfaction, and facilitate solutions.
• Review work for errors, implement quality checks, and maintain high standards.
• Approach all cases with urgency and enthusiasm, driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate within the Merchant Configuration team and across the organization.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of work experience in an operational role within a multinational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
