Applications Developer (Angular & Java Springboot)

About the role

We are looking for an Applications Developer who will focus on frontend development of our in‑house insurance platforms. The role is hybrid, based in Mexico City, and offers the chance to work with modern Angular stacks while collaborating with cross‑functional product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review and maintain high‑quality Angular code, HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with requirements engineers, QA specialists and other engineers to deliver features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation that guide technical direction.
• Integrate shared services such as messaging, BPMN workflows, logging and telemetry.
• Leverage AI‑assisted engineering tools to speed up development, testing and troubleshooting.
• Validate AI‑generated UI implementations for maintainability and accessibility.
• Design reusable components and promote scalable frontend engineering practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, especially with Angular, HTML & CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with module bundlers (Webpack, Node, Browserify).
• Previous work on Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications and Swagger.
• Comfortable working in large, established codebases and spending most time in the IDE.
• Interest in AI‑assisted development workflows and modern productivity practices.
• Knowledge of frontend security, accessibility and maintainability principles.
