Assembly Operator (CAP)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assembly Operator to join our production line in Mexico. You will work on routine, high‑volume assembly tasks, ensuring that minor products and components are built to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble minor products or components at a workbench or on a conveyor line.
• Perform tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, or trimming, either manually or with machines.
• Make basic equipment adjustments, conduct routine maintenance, and keep work areas clean.
• Assist with moving assemblies or machines and perform general housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and work under close supervision.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on a repetitive, fast‑paced production line.
