Asset Associate II (Buyer/Purchases)

About the role

Arrow is looking for an Asset Associate II to support its manufacturing purchasing operations. The role focuses on fulfilling purchase orders, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill purchase orders and manage backlog, including expediting factory orders to meet open order demands.
• Match open orders to customer backlog, make schedule changes, and send requests for corporate allocations.
• Maintain bond maintenance under material planner direction, manage consignment billings, and oversee ship‑complete of released orders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing purchases.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and strong English communication (written, verbal, listening).
• Oracle experience preferred.
