Assistant Montessori Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

Cadence Education is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our caring team. You will work alongside certified Montessori teachers, supporting children from birth to six years old in a nurturing, home‑like classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead Montessori teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space that follows Montessori principles.
• Observe and document children’s progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
• Support individualized learning by preparing materials and guiding children during independent work.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operation of the classroom and school routines.

Required profile

• A genuine love for children and early childhood education.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, or related settings (not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn and apply Montessori philosophy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
