Assistant Prevention Manager

About the role

Club Ninety Six, an ultra‑luxury private beach club in Los Cabos, is looking for an Assistant Prevention Manager to support its security leadership team. Reporting to the Prevention Manager, you will help ensure the safety and well‑being of members, guests, and staff while maintaining the high standards of service expected at a premium resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Prevention Manager in planning, implementing and monitoring security and loss‑prevention strategies across the club.
• Coordinate daily security operations, including patrols, access control and incident response.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs and documentation for all security activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential threats.
• Liaise with other departments, vendors and local authorities to ensure seamless security coverage.
• Provide guidance and training to security staff, fostering a culture of vigilance and hospitality.

Required profile

• Minimum three years in a leadership role within luxury residential communities, resorts, hotels or private membership clubs.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with a focus on efficient communication and reporting.
• High sense of urgency and ability to react promptly to requests and incidents.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering hospitality‑focused security.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
