Associate Consultant – Business Experimentation (Launch Program 2027)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Business Experimentation track within the Launch Program 2027. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using data‑driven insights and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Mastercard’s Test & Learn® predictive analytics platform to design and run business experiments.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for product launches, marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and pricing initiatives.
• Partner directly with clients to present findings, recommend actions, and support implementation.
• Collaborate across industry sectors such as financial services, retail, hospitality, and more.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
