About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team in Mexico City as an Associate Consultant Intern. You will work on marketing‑focused projects for leading brands, helping them translate data‑driven insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in small, cross‑functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Support client engagements by gathering business requirements and proposing data‑based solutions.
• Participate in volunteer activities and team‑building events organized by ACS.
• Attend networking sessions and speaker series to gain exposure to senior leadership.
• Contribute to business development, account management, and product management discussions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in technology and data.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Motivation to work with global brands and solve strategic challenges.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts.
