Associate Consultant Intern – Strategy & Transformation (2027)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant Intern in the Strategy & Transformation track, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team in Mexico City. Working in small, client‑facing teams, you will help leading brands solve strategic challenges through data‑driven insights and technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to deliver analyses and recommendations for client projects.
• Build relationships with clients to understand business needs and support decision‑making.
• Participate in volunteer, team‑building and networking events with senior leaders.
• Gain exposure to business development, account management and product management activities.
• Receive mentorship from experienced managers and contribute to deliverables from day one.
