Associate Consultant – Marketing Services (Launch Program 2027)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the Marketing Services Launch Program 2027, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team in Mexico City. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic marketing challenges using data‑driven insights and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Analyse customer, behavioural and transactional data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of acquisition, retention and conversion strategies for fintech, retail and financial‑services clients.
• Prepare deliverables, presentations and reports that communicate findings and impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Passion for marketing, data analysis and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on diverse industry projects in a fast‑paced environment.
