Associate Consultant, Strategy & Transformation (Launch Program 2027)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) group in Mexico City. You will work on the Launch Program 2027, helping leading brands solve strategic challenges through data‑driven insights and technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in small teams to deliver end‑to‑end consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
• Support 1‑3 projects simultaneously, each lasting 8‑16 weeks, across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations on operating models, market entry, product development and customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain external relationships with client stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in technology, data and digital payments.
• Willingness to work on fast‑paced, client‑facing projects.
