Associate Consultant, Strategy & Transformation – Launch Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation Launch Program 2027, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team in Mexico City. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve complex strategic and operational challenges, with a focus on technology‑enabled data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support 1‑3 client projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement strategic, tactical, and transformational initiatives.
• Conduct research, data modeling, and market assessments across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality, and more.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and deliverables that address questions on market entry, operating model improvement, product development, and innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Passion for solving business problems and delivering impact.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple consulting tracks and acquire diverse industry knowledge.
