Associate Program Manager

About the role

Sanmina is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support order management and supply‑chain activities. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are customer‑focused and eager to develop project‑management skills in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, validate and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Upload and maintain demand forecasts on internal platforms.
• Monitor open orders and backlog, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Track shipments and deliveries to meet on‑time performance targets.
• Process order change requests, including price, delivery date, quantity adjustments and cancellations.
• Handle RMAs, warranty requests, credit memos and special‑service billing.
• Create and set up new part numbers in the system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or related field.
• Recent graduate with strong internship experience or 1–2 years in sales administration, customer program administration, materials planning or order management.
• Advanced fluency in English.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, data lookup/matching).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Excellent customer service, communication, urgency and problem‑solving mindset.
