Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager supports the delivery of technology initiatives by handling resource planning, financial management, and low‑complexity project execution tasks. This position works closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to create, monitor, and adjust project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support stakeholder identification, risk and issue tracking, and change‑management activities.
• Maintain accurate financial and resource data in designated systems for budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Track labor and capital spend against approved budgets, identify trends, and flag potential risks.
• Analyze financial data to produce clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial “what‑if” models to evaluate staffing and cost‑impact scenarios.
• Design and continuously improve financial reports and project status dashboards.
• Assist with equipment procurement, tracking, and related financial processes.
