Associate Specialist, Project Management – HEOR & Access

About the role

Join a leading research‑intensive biopharmaceutical company to support health‑economic and outcomes research (HEOR) and access initiatives. The role focuses on building models, dossiers and market analyses that enable better access to therapies in Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creation of models and dossiers for submission to local HTA and public institutions such as IMSS and ISSSTE.
• Conduct epidemiological studies to size markets for new products and support marketing forecasting using epi‑data tools.
• Manage mini‑costing projects for diseases and adverse events and assist access strategies to improve therapy availability.
• Support change‑management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
• Participate in project planning, resourcing, subcontract management, progress reporting and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience (or substantial internship) in healthcare analysis, data analytics or market‑access support.
• Strong quantitative mindset with hands‑on proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Excellent organization and task‑management skills to track multiple deliverable timelines.
• Clear communication ability to translate economic and budget findings for non‑specialist partners.
