Associate, Strategy Consulting

About the role

IQVIA's Advisory Services is a global consulting engine supporting life sciences and healthcare clients on commercial and access challenges such as brand and go-to-market strategy, pricing and market access, portfolio strategy, launches and commercial models. As an Associate in the Strategy Consulting team, you will help diverse life sciences clients answer key business questions through research and analysis, develop recommendations and bespoke solutions, and work with international teams. English fluency is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in brainstorming sessions to design creative solutions for clients.
• Conduct desk research using advanced tools to support project development.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist with planning and running client workshops and meetings.
• Create presentations, reports and client deliverables under expert supervision.
• Build professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Develop a solid understanding of healthcare trends and consulting techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 1-4 years of business experience; consulting background preferred.
• Advanced English, able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consulting.
• Availability to visit the Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) 2-3 times per week.
