Over de functie

Als Auxiliar Contable y Administrativo ondersteun je de financiële en administratieve processen van BNI Estacionamientos, een toonaangevend bedrijf in parkeerbeheer met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Beheren van het Odoo‑systeem voor boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken.
Berekenen en verwerken van belastingen.
Uitvoeren van bank- en boekhoudkundige conciliaties.
Opstellen en verzenden van facturen.
Klantenservice en afhandelen van vragen.
Incasseren en beheren van openstaande vorderingen.

Gewenst profiel

Afgeronde bachelor in Accounting of Administratie.
Minimaal één jaar relevante werkervaring.
Accuraat, detailgericht en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Ervaring met Odoo (ERP‑systeem).
Bekendheid met Google Drive voor documentbeheer.

Wat wij bieden

Een netto maandsalaris van $13.000.
Vaste werktijden van maandag tot vrijdag, 9.00‑18.00 uur.
Werk in een professioneel team in de wijk Polanco.
