About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Banquet Cook (Cocinero B) to join our culinary team. In this position you will be responsible for preparing high‑quality food for large‑scale banquet events, ensuring consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food production for banquet services, from preparation to plating.
• Follow standardized recipes and preparation methods to deliver consistent quality.
• Set up workstations with the required mise en place for each event.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety practices throughout the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to meet timing and service requirements.

Required profile

• Experience working in a high‑volume kitchen, preferably in banquet or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under time‑pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
