About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City is seeking a Barista to join the team at its signature café, Pan Dulce. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for guests while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to Four Seasons specifications.
• Ensure each product meets quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and café area.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cold and hot beverage preparation.
• Ability to stay physically and mentally focused throughout service periods.
